There are four types of safe ladybug baby bedding nursery lights to consider when choosing lighting for the baby room:
1) Table and Floor Lamps – You can add a lamp with fabric and flare to the room by placing it on top of a table in the baby room or the dresser. Many lamps have three levels of brightness and most use standard light bulbs. The floor lamps can be moved around the baby room easily especially if you need to readjust the lighting in the room. And the light from a standing floor lamp will illuminate both upwards, as well as downwards, at the same time.
2) A Chandelier – Chandeliers are classic and can be placed in the baby room hanging from the ceiling so as to push the light downwards into the room. There is a variety of ladybug baby crib bedding chandeliers to select from. Some are made in painted metal, others are carved in wood; some have shades on the lamps made from silk or cotton, and others have ruffles to make them look cute.
3) Ceiling and Wall Lighting – These wall fixtures come in various shapes and sizes. There are different themes to choose from and in a rainbow assortment of fabrics and colors. Some will hand directly from the ceiling and others from the wall so as to brighten the baby room, the diaper stand, the changing table area, as well as the baby crib for those middle of the night emergencies where you will need to turn on the light.
4) Night Lights – Any baby room needs at least one night light for a couple of reasons. The first being the fact that baby can be spotted right away when you enter the room without turning on the big light to wake your newborn, especially when you hear a sob or cry coming from the nursery before dawn. The second reason you will need a night light in the room is to accompany you when you are changing the diaper in the dark.
